In this skit Jamie Kennedy goes into a Restaurant to prank these people that are sitting right next to him. The funny part is that his phone keeps ringing with this obonoxious ring tone and he talks as loud as he possibly can. Jamie puts the phone on speaker phone and starts singing really badly to this weird song that he made up. The funniest part though is when he's talking and the friend it talking about how these people where getting mad at him for talking to loud, and Jamie is like everyone is really chill at this restaurant. But really the people are getting really annoyed. This is a pretty good skit and if you are interested in watching another one click here.
